A few years ago, with a group of friends, I had a weekend

fishing trip out of Destin, FL.  During the ride out to the

fishing ground, I took several photos of the boat's wake

through the rods and gaffs.  One of those pictures became

the model for "South-Southeast of Destin".

This painting is a pastel drawing on 24" x 18" paper.  There are

prints available.
